1.1 By using IrishSolapanels.com, you accept the current terms of use.
2.1 IrishSolapanels.com is a premium matchmaking and concierge service that connects users with select, strictly vetted solar companies and professionals.
2.2 By filling out the assessment form on IrishSolapanels.com, you declare your solar needs to us. You will then receive tailored offers from up to three (3) elite companies.
2.3 Shortly after you have submitted the form, you will receive a confirmation email from IrishSolapanels.com. It contains, among other things, the names of the matched suppliers who will contact you. Unless otherwise agreed, you will be contacted by phone, email, or SMS, regardless of your preference for direct marketing calls registered in the National Directory Database. From here on, contact takes place directly between you and the matched suppliers.
2.4 If you want your request to be removed or deleted from the service, please get in touch with data@irishsolapanels.com.
2.5 If it is impossible to obtain offers from three suppliers in your area, we will clearly state so in your confirmation email. If there is only one vetted supplier who can deliver according to your strict requirements, we will specify this as well.
3.1 It is not permitted to pretend to be affiliated with IrishSolapanels.com or our partners, neither to the public nor to specific recipients. We have signed strict contracts with all the elite suppliers who work with us.
3.2 It is not permitted to acquire or attempt to acquire non-public parts of IrishSolapanels.com. It is also not allowed to obtain user data from our systems, for example, by hacking.
3.3 It is not permitted to use, or attempt to use, IrishSolapanels.com to spread viruses, ‘Trojan horses’, or other harmful code intended to obtain and/or copy user data or additional non-public information.
3.4 It is not permitted to negatively influence other users’ capacity to use IrishSolapanels.com.

4.2 The matched suppliers work independently from IrishSolapanels.com, and while we match you with the best available, we cannot guarantee that all relevant suppliers will ultimately provide an offer.
4.3 Usage of IrishSolapanels.com is at your own risk. Agreements between the customer and the supplier and the content of those agreements are irrelevant to IrishSolapanels.com. IrishSolapanels.com is not responsible for the agreement’s implementation, quality, or legality or the agreement’s suitability for the relevant purpose. IrishSolapanels.com is also not responsible for compliance with the agreed delivery time, or any losses users may suffer due to agreements with suppliers or errors committed by them. However, IrishSolapanels.com implements a rigorous vetting process and strictly cooperates only with serious, SEAI-registered, and reliable players. We actively exclude suppliers who do not follow contracts or do not meet the premium requirements IrishSolapanels.com sets for quality and reliability.
4.4 IrishSolapanels.com works with select, independent suppliers. We focus on premium quality and ROI; therefore, we cannot guarantee that the offers will necessarily be the cheapest on the market, but rather the most reliable.
4.5 IrishSolapanels.com is not responsible for missing commitments if the shortcoming can be attributed to force majeure. Circumstances beyond IrishSolapanels.com’s control, which IrishSolapanels.com could not have foreseen when the agreement was made, are considered force majeure. This includes natural disasters, extraordinary natural conditions, terror, fire, flood, vandalism, labour disputes, general shortage of goods, or the outbreak of an infectious disease.
4.6 IrishSolapanels.com is not responsible for any tax or duty-related matters that may arise for the user or the supplier when they use the platform. This applies to tax, VAT, SEAI grant approvals, and/or other expenses related to the supplier’s services and the customer’s payment.
5.1 All intellectual property rights relate to IrishSolapanels.com and its operating company. This includes – but is not limited to – the name ‘Irish Solapanels’, the internet domain ‘irishsolapanels.com’, trademarks in the form of figurative marks or wordmarks, copyright to material on the website, and more. The use of IrishSolapanels.com does not entitle users or third parties to any form of commercial use of these intellectual property rights.
5.2 The use of IrishSolapanels.com also does not grant any license to use the intellectual property rights of third parties (and the suppliers), including – but not limited to – copyrights, trademarks, and design rights. IrishSolapanels.com is not responsible for unauthorised use of these.
6.1 All communication with IrishSolapanels.com takes place electronically.
6.2 When using IrishSolapanels.com, users are not subscribed to any newsletter unless they actively choose to do so.
6.3 If we discover errors in the provided contact information, IrishSolapanels.com and its partners are entitled, according to the customer’s prior express consent, to adjust the contact information based on publicly available records.
7.1 Use of IrishSolapanels.com is subject to the GDPR and follows our privacy and cookie policy.
7.2 The information provided in the assessment form is used to forward the inquiry to strictly matched, relevant solar panel providers in order to obtain quotes. In addition, the information can be encrypted and used for important business purposes, including prevention of spam and abuse, analytics, targeted marketing on advertising platforms, as well as processing that is legally required, including obligations under GDPR. You can withdraw your consent at any time by contacting us at data@irishsolapanels.com.
8.1 We reserve the right to change the terms of use on IrishSolapanels.com at any time and without prior notice. We consider the continued use of IrishSolapanels.com after such changes as consent to the changed terms.
8.2 The date of the latest update to the terms of use appears at the top of this page.
9.1 Use of IrishSolapanels.com and any dispute that may arise as a result thereof, is subject to Irish law.
9.2 Disputes that may arise when using IrishSolapanels.com must be resolved amicably. If this is impossible, the dispute may be brought before the courts in Ireland.
